Whether you come to us overnight on business,
or for a relaxing holiday you'll find the essentials so
generously taken care of at this delightfully hospitable small
Inn that they become luxuries in themselves.
Our recently re-decorated
rooms are comfortable and attractive, some offering spa baths
for self indulgence. We have an all day restaurant for fine
food and a bar that has served real Local ale since 1894.
You
may wish to dine or take afternoon tea or coffee in our
conservatory, or view the garden from our private first
floor dining room; 'Room with a View' which has panoramic
views of the surrounding countryside. On the ground floor
adjoining the bar there are armchairs by the fire where
you can keep cosy and warm. There's lots to look at; we
have original leaded glass, a panelled lounge, Latin inscriptions,
pictures, books and specially commissioned sculpture throughout.
Aylmerton is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty
in the heart of rural North Norfolk. Adjacent to the magnificent
National Trust estate at Felbrigg, but just 10 minutes
from the beaches at Cromer, Sheringham and West Runton,
with Blakeney Point and The Broads within easy reach. |

"The staff were friendly and helpful- the

"The Staff where very helpful and friendly, the rooms
where well equipped and very clean." Happy Guest,
Melton Mowbray.
"The food at breakfast and dinner was lovely.
But it really is the staff that make this place so good. Everyone
exceeded our expectations, going out of their way to make the
stay pleasant and welcoming. We had a family function to get
to and were having trouble getting a taxi, and the bar staff
and waitresses all rallied round to help, it was a really personal
service that deserves full marks! Many thanks!" Happy
Guest, London.
"I was pleased to see that part of the garden
is in fact a kitchen garden and we certainly enjoyed the meals
with fresh herbs and other produce from it!" Happy Guest,
Melton Mowbray.
